Some employees of Asiana Airlines seem like they do not care. Also my mother is diabetic and they forced her to wait for 12 hours last year and today with 1 hour and 40 minutes delay arrival at JFK International. Thank god nothing happens. This all happens last year but this year the agent said that they were no changes and that everything would be running on a schedule but the last second something happened (delays on arrival 1 hour and 40 minutes). And no notifications at all very unprofessional.... Regarding the 12 hours delay last year, if thats the other Airlines like Aloha Air they giving you free tickets on your next travel using theirs.

I liked them, as far as airlines go they weren't bad. The food was pretty nice for airplane food. The legroom was average if not slightly above average for these days. I'm 6'3" and was comfortable, but I got really lucky in that noone was directly next to me for my 14 hot flight. All in all no complaints from me.

My flight from JFK to Seoul was excellent. The food was good and the service was high quality too. Comfortable space in the airplane and I would recommend to fly this airline.
