We had a cabin that is supposed to sleep 8. We had 3 adults and 3 children under 5. There was one full sized bed and 2 futons. With a newborn and toddler we brought 2 Pack and Plays for them to sleep in. The problem was there was no room to set them up. So the toddler slept with an adult and the baby slept in the loft on the pack and play mattress. The 4 year old also slept with and adult. There is no way we would have been able to sleep 2 more people as was advertised. The cabin was very dirty. Some water spilled on the floor in the kitchen and we used a bathroom towel to wipe it up and the towel turned black. The tub was so nasty that we didnt even bathe the kids in it. Overall it was a huge disappointment! Especially for the price. We will never stay in one of these cabins/cottages again !

Everything was going good until we woke up at 2am and realized the a/c wasn't working. It was set at 72 and temp was reading 78. I turned it down to 69 hoping it would try to lower the temp. Morning time it read 79.

Made reservations. Had to cancel our trip to Kansas City so tried calling for 3 days to cancel my reservation. Left two voicemails. Finally on what would have been day two of my stay there I got a call back. Was told I wouldnt be refunded my deposit (1st night stay) because they said I didnt call to cancel before the deadline which is false but I wouldnt be charged for the remainder of my stay there. Checked my bank account today and they not only failed to refund me they charged me the full amount of what would have been my stay there. Now back to calling for 3-4 days because trying to speak to anyone is impossible.
