How Did i Go From Pay 78 Dollars. My First Few Months. Now They Are Making My Bill 200 And Something Dollars A Month. And im in A income Base Apartment!
Its a monopoly so you are forced to choose the service they provide. They messed up on sending me a bill and want me to pay late fees for a bill that was never received. They also just upcharge everyone's bill if they lose a lawsuit. Truly should be illegal considering its a monopoly.
Honestly one of the best power companies I have ever had! I called about some branches rubbing on the power line and they showed up in less then 2 hours to fix the situation. During trimming they found an open wire and fixed it immediately and quickly. Awesome technician who came out, friendly and helpful with everything going on.
We experienced an abnormal residential electrical issue where our lights flickered rapidly and turned on and off repeatedly, which shut down our appliances and other electrical devices. We called LG&E and spoke with a friendly/helpful customer service representative to submit a service ticket. Not long after we submitted the ticket, a LG&E Service Technician- (a very nice and helpful gentleman by the name of Ron) arrived to diagnose and fix the external electrical issues. Ron was great, friendly, and provided helpful information about the issue to us. Did I mention it was dark, cold, and snowing outside while Ron was working? Sorry Ron - you are the best! We had a great LG&E experience and are very thankful for the excellent LG&E staff and punctual service we received to fully resolve our acute electrical issues!
They use accounts that belong to people in other states to pay bills with out checking to see if they belong to the account and then put the person who was wronged as their fault.
