Gave my vegetarian sister a chicken pizza instead of paneer.
First time we have been to Pizza Karma, we would definitely come back but probably for takeout as the food was a great new experience. Bathrooms were so-so and they seemed reluctant to give you plates and silverware for dine in....? Hand wash machine was interesting but they didn't have anything to dry your hands. If they fix the little things and have a cashier with a personable attitude it would have been 5 star
After only one visit, I was impressed enough to leave a review. My first order was a very tasty "Vege Delight" pizza with vegan cheese. My only complaint is that their website doesn't expose their commitment to vegan options. I found their restaurant using the Happy Cow app, but after reviewing their website I was not convinced that they had vegan options. They need to update their website and apps to promote their commitment to vegans, with easy to understand menus for all dietary preferences.
Ordered through grub hub for 12.30pm delivery. got message saying my order is delayed twice and was going to get delivered by 1.10pm. Got a call from the restaurant to cancel and order through their system. talked to grub hub customer care. they promised that they talked to restaurant and confirmed the order and it should be delivered by 1.30pm. Finally got a message saying the order has been cancelled at 1.28pm leaving me hangry and spoiling my afternoon. FIX YOUR SYSTEM. No idea how the food is. they spoiled it for me before i even tried.
