I bought a two foldable butterfly chairs from cult furniture and it arrived promptly, however the first chair arrived in a box that had been through the wars when I opened it what was meant to be a brand new chair was anything but. So I contacted cult furniture and they have offered me a refund so I will be returning the chair as soon as they sort this out. I have also requested that they refund me on the other chair as II bought as a pair and have no need of a single. I am currently waiting for a response but thus far they have been ok. Strange enough I bought these online not knowing that this is a shop that I have been using for years and their service in store over the years has been very good. lets see how this end but I hold hope and have great optimism. I will update when all over

I really wish I could have been able write a nice review as the initial customer service was good. Unfortunately the table that I received was bad . The welds were terrible and looked like they had been done by an amateur, and the polished chrome was missing from various areas, especially near the welds. I didn't bother to complain or raise the issue as it would have been too much hassle, and I don't have time for that. I kind of expected it at the price point, so I wasn't surprised. I took a gamble and lost. So I just ordered another one from Pash Classics, much better quality. I should have done that in the first place.

Good products at very reasonable prices. Ordered 2 items, item 1 delivered within 48 hours, item 2 took a little longer (from another warehouse). Customer service excellent, delivery query answered immediately and follow up to confirm delivery. Very pleased with the whole experience, highly recommended.

I chose the particular office chair I did because it claims the seat will raise to 56cm - it only raises to 52 which is a huge disappointment. Beware! It's 'chrome base soft pad dining chair with wheels'
