As a young person and first time car buyer my experience at this dealership has soured the car buying experience for me. I set up an appointment and took time out of my day to evaluate and test drive a Subaru I was interested in. I ended up liking the car, but wanted to see a few other options. The salesman proceeded to show me cars car out of the price range I had discussed with him prior. So we sat down to discuss the Subaru, they gave me a price breakdown and drew a line at the bottom of the page for me to sign saying I will buy today and I didnt wish to sign until my offer had been approved. A manager was brought in, the managers name was Gio. Gio continued to berate me and my family member and say he would not negotiate with us and got up in our faces and asked if would buy the car then and there. Never in my life had a sales person spoken so brashly and unprofessionally to me. If you are a first time buyer DO NOT go to Stephen Wade Toyota, they will 100% try to take advantage of your inexperience. The upper management also didnt care to make things right with us when we complained about his employee, Gio. Stay far away!

Some of their service prices are crazy expensive! Hubby does as much work on the car as he can but to disassemble the engine is not an option. They get you by the short hairs as much as they can!

Jessica was extremely helpful helping me find a car that fit everything I was looking for. She was able to work with our budget & managed to get us everything we were looking for and more. We originally went in looking at a different car, and ended up taking home an even better option thanks to her. She went through everything in the papers, and made sure to answer & explain everything so we werent left with any questions. Even after our purchase was made she made a personal call out to let us know a spare key had been brought in & greeted us at the door when we arrived. Jessicas customer service is out of this world. We have been getting our 2 Toyotas serviced at Stephen Wade for over 3 years and have had nothing but great customer service. We decided to upgrade our car and found the car we wanted. I asked for all the fees upfront and agreed on a price. Last night we went to pick up the car and they want us to sign for a $399 warranty. It states that if our car is stolen and not recovered we will get $5,000. I started laughing and told him my insurance covers that, I dont want this. He said if I dont accept it that they will tack the $399 to the price of the car, non negotiable. I asked for my $3,000 deposit back and they said I wouldnt get it back. To say the least this is unethical. I asked them if they wanted me as a future customer and they chose the $399. This was my first and last car purchase from Stephen Wade.
