I cant comment on the customer service because its practically nonexistent, but after the small business I work for was a denied an order for unknown reasons, we were then asked to register our company credit card with PayPal or Amazon in order to buy from Kole. This is all over a case of feather dusters. From start to finish, this was the worst transaction weve ever made. A headache over nothing.

It was very easy to order and the price where affordable. I wish you had some sort of magnifier for a close up view of the products.
