Glen Dimplex do not know the meaning of customer Service. Appalling in a word. We waited 6 weeks for engineer to call and replace faulty Induction hob, this resulted in another fault with The Stoves range cooker. We have been told it will be a further month before an engineer will call to fix a problem of their making. No one at Glen Dimplex takes ownership or responsibility of the issues/problems and complaints their customers have with appliances, in order to try and resolve them efficiently and effectively. .
We had logged a request on line and on phone for a service call-it is still not solved after 5 months. It has been two months since a contractor visited our home and decided that the air extractor is faulty. Since then our e-mails, calls and logs into their website have not been replied. Might be because it is a part under warranty and it might be a company policy to filter some non-profitable requests. It might be a good place to work though as no calls are replied generally. (I have been on phone for half an hour today without a reply).
