Will never spend my money with this company again. Ordered a holster that happens to be special order due to the fact Im left handed. Made a selection for a full guard holster and I get a mid guard holster in the mail. They told me sorry theres nothing they can do. well thats great customer service....
**Update Kyle from T Rex reached out to me and resolved my issue in a more than fair manner. Kyle is an asset to this company and deserves plenty of praise for how he handled this once the situation escalated. I have much respect for him. ** I will never do business with T-Rex Arms again. I placed two orders with them. One shipped and delivered in a timely fashion and one never did. I sent multiple emails to their customer service center with no response. I messaged them on Instagram with no response. I messaged Lucas and explained that I had emailed them and received no response and his only reply was to send me the customer service email address. All they had to do was acknowledge that something slipped through the cracks and Id get my stuff at some point. Instead they ignored me.
T.Rex Arms has been absolutely astounding to work with. All of my purchases have gotten to me relatively quick all things considered going on right now. Also have sent them emails with questions and have gotten a responses from them in a little over 24 hrs. Great products and great customer service. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!
The website is lacking. I wanted to make a purchase but it keeps going offline. There isnt a telephone number to call and place an order. I see the inventory number keeps getting lower so someone is getting through. Its irritating because the item I want is available for triple the price on eBay so it appears they are set up to allow profiteers to get in.
