Everything was last minute. My father in law cancelled his suit because it took so long. I understand with everything going on in the world today that everyone is backed up, but that's no reason to have poor customer service and be rude to my fiancee. He told her "that you're no different than any other bride." Then I was told it was a custom fitted suit. It was ordered to fit, then slightly altered. I would not suggest this establishment.

Hey Trae, actually we dont outsource any of our tailoring, we do it all in house. Unfortunately since you came in late for your fitting my tailor had to resort to taking it to his home to do as we had to do a very quick turnaround for you and again unfortunately he was delayed bringing your suit back in the shop once it was complete. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, we do our very best to avoid these situations but sometimes under the circumstances they do occur.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible and rude service. They outsource the tailoring to someone with no time management skills, waited for over an hour for someone to "get there in five mins". When I asked if they had talked to the tailor and if he was coming in after waiting for over an hour the snarky young lady at the front told me I should have waited to be told to come in, which I was told to come in on MONDAY this was WEDNESDAY. They also didn't have the Grooms suit ready until the day before the wedding and blame the customer for quick turn around times when they set the try on time schedule. Peoples time clearly isn't important to this business. Go to Kohl's and get better service and a better suit.

These guys saved me in a bind. I realized 5 min before I was supposed to leave for a wedding that I had not packed my shirt. I called them and explained the situation and what size I thought I was so they could pull it for me. When I arrived, they quickly ironed the shirt and I made it to the wedding on time.

If you are looking for a suit for your wedding this place is super helpful, super affordable and the best part is you keep the suit! The owner Bruce took personal care of me and my best man. Unlike other rental places that just take a few measurements and stick you in a suit, he made sure we looked the best we could! Im a bigger guy and Im average height so usually get stuck with big shoulders and baggy gross pants. Bruce tapered the pants and put me in a 44 short with some alterations. Man for the 1st time I felt great in a suit which made my wedding day awesome. Thanks Bruce! Side story: between the time I ordered and when I went to get fitted there was a bit of confusion on what color I wanted. He had written down one color and there was another color input in the computer. I honestly couldnt remember which one I liked better when he called to verify so I just picked one. Well to make sure I was happy he ordered both colors for both me and my best man. Glad he did because I went with the lighter blue and my best man went with the darker blue.
