One full star is too much. I would not reccomend this office to anyone. The service starting from the front of the office to the back is horrible. They have a very familiar undertone that resembles the culture in this country that has been going on for 400 plus yrs.

I walked into this location to fill out paperwork em to become a new patient, because I was dealing with eye irritation, and from THAT DAY the ENTIRE staff treated me as if I had been there for years. I was seen that day, with a little wait ( which was fine with me), but because of the irritation of my eye THEY treated me and didnt send me on my way without making sure I was treated. I was filled in every week to make sure my situation was under control. I ABSOLUTELY love the positive energy that I received from the front desk all the way to Dr. Heaney . She made sure to let me know from the first time she treated me THAT IF I NEEDED her over the weekend to be sure to call the office and she would get back with me that day. Not often are new patients treated this well and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEAR EYE to anyone that needs a eye doctor. Your entire staff ROCKS. Thanks for everything I appreciate your services.

Completely went downhill. My son been attending this place for years but this past yearthe office is all over the place. His last exam in early March, weve waited about 45 mins for his scheduled appt. Also, his glasses were ordered in early march and now we are in mid May and still nothing. When I call, on hold for about 15 mins (no matter what TIME you call); the same message We are waiting for them and will let you know when its here. However, I was seen by Dr. Martinez (friendly & patient unlike other doctors) for my exam who was great! My glasses came quick (within a week). But on a positive note, Renee, Doug and Dr. Martinez are great!
