Purchased $706.60 worth of shirts for a business, there was a 'miscommunication" as the owner called it and we ended up with 14 Polos not as expected as we thought they were going to be embroidered from phone conversations but when we opened them they were screen printed. Two of the shirts were extremely poor quality and misprinted, sent the owner 2 emails expressing dissatisfaction and with pictures of misprints and received no response at all. Highly disappointed with the customer service.
