Hey Kirsten, Were very sorry that we couldnt fulfill your order. I had a medical emergency, and unfortunately life happens. I offered to do whatever it takes to make you happy, but you didnt seem to want anything. I would have printed tshirts for free to alleviate the problem, and then embroidered the hats at a discounted rate, but you were so far into threatening my company with poor Google reviews/social media that you couldnt see the brighter side of things. Yes, we have video security, and if our business reflects your threats, be sure to retain an attorney.

This is Kirstin Zarko. Before I start this review, let me say that I know the response will be he has no record of my order or recollection of my identity or experience- as stated in every single one of his negative reviews. Thats because this business is run in a highly disorganized manner. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and was told it would not be a problem to have by date needed. He didnt take a deposit as he said he was a local business and works off his name. What a joke! I tried calling several times the day before my items were to be picked up and even stopped by the store which was closed. The voicemail said of it was urgent to text the number - which I did. He said there was an emergency and didnt get to it. After much back and forth and my explaining that I needed it done by the next day AS PROMISED, he said he would work on it in the morning and try to get it done. However, I stopped in later on in the afternoon and he first said he hadnt started the order and would not have it for today, but then when pressed, said he started it but wouldnt have it finished. I then became extremely frustrated and said to cancel the order and that I would not be doing any business with him and would tell others what happened and recommend for them not do do business with this company because he is unreliable and did not fulfill his commitment. He said he would give me my deposit back- but I reminded him that I never left one because he stated that he was a local business and it wasnt necessary. Then he claimed he would have had my items by the date (which he confused with yesterday) , but there was an emergency and holiday weekend. If you run a small business and have deadlines- work through the holiday! Thats how successful companies operate. I would not recommend this small business to my worst enemy. He left me (& the organization I was ordering for) in the lurch at the very last minute- with only an Im sorry, what do you want me to do? Then he proceeded to tell me I was on camera if I bashed his business- so I repeated exactly what happened for the camera- which would then maybe jar his memory to who I am! To be clear- there was NO COMMUNICATION from him- at all! All communication was because I prompted it and an Im sorry doesnt cut it. I wish there were negative ratings because thats what this small business deserves.

Wish I could put in half a star since I didn't even get the order complete - but at least I didn't put down any money. After a month long communication with the company, making it fully aware of our deadline for a charity event, the owner/rep fell in and out of communication. Even with less than 20 t-shirts, I knew that Thanksgiving was going to be a challenge so I rushed polo shirts (for embroidering names) to his address and kept seeking clarity and updates. He was erratic with any news. Now, today, after not updating me through the whole weekend, he finally replies with apologies. At least he (says he) retrieved our polo shirts to return.
