Dear A Oromi. Clearly a misunderstanding, as you stated yourself That's after I had asked him how much if i get the part myself and he said it'll still cost the same. (The Labor) We do not mark up parts nor sell them, but the cost that we pay for the part is transferred to the customer. I felt robbed after leaving this place. It is a nice and friendly place but for two days straight they told me $175 for parts and labour on a window regulator repair. Once the repair was completed they asked for $295.... the guy just said oh sorry about that I meant to say $175 labour plus parts. That's after I had asked him how much if i get the part myself and he said it'll still cost the same. So I said fine you get the part. The part he ordered was $89. That is unethical. It made me feel uncomfortable and put me in a bad position. I expect a refund for the excess charge. The agreement was $175

In a city full of not-so good mechanics, Fast Lane is a gem. I will not be taking my car anywhere besides fast lane from now on. I had a bolt that snapped off in my hub, and they explored all the options to get it out safely without causing further damage, and also without breaking the bank. Theyre like car surgeons with decades of experience. The owner Eduardo is not only personable, but very professional and you can tell hes a great honest guy who knows what hes doing. Honestly I couldnt have had a better experience and I highly recommend Fast Lane to anyone who needs service, repair, or upgrades to their vehicle.
