Hello A S, We have not had any clients with the initials of A S this year or ever for that matter. We have never nickel and dimed anyone as our contracts are fixed price contracts and do not change unless our clients choose to add additional work to their project. This is something we pride ourselves on. We work with the best subcontractors in the Tampa Bay area and all of our projects go through permitting and inspections and meet the Florida Building Code Requirements. We strive to exceed each and every one of our clients expectations. Im not sure if youre aware but there are many Coastal Construction companies in the state of Florida and I believe you have us mixed up with someone else. This simply isn't how we operate. To our knowledge in all of the years we've been in construction we've had 100% satisfaction with every one of our clients. Thank you.

Shoddy, piss poor construction. Will nickel and dime you to the very end. If you hire these guys plan on shelling out more money at the completion of the project to fix what wasn't done right. Project was not completed any where near the promised finish date. Do not recommend. **ETA - as a follow up to the response by the business owner, I am confident that I have the correct Coastal Professional Contracting company. I dealt with Blake Parritt as the general contractor.

Great experience all around! Blake kept us up to date throughout the phases of construction and was able to meet and exceed some tight deadlines. Throughout the process he was clear and transparent with everything from fees to the projects completion. We are a growing dental group and will be having Blake and his team build future offices as the process was seamless compared to the competition. Very satisfied with the quality and outcome!

I am so grateful for Blake and his team at Coastal Professional Contracting. I purchased a building with the dream of opening up my own office. As an Endodontist; I am excellent at root canals, but I was completely clueless on how to remodel an office and Blake along with his architect came up with a very nice design and then his team executed the plan very efficiently. Looking back on the process I really appreciate how he included me on situations that could affect office function. I also appreciate how he met me at my level of understanding and explained why he recommended one option vs another. Blakes depth of experience will be obvious at the first visit...and so will his positive personality. Not only did he build an elaborate office for me but he did it with timelines under consideration and stayed on budget.
