Hi, I am sorry you have only left a 1-star rating. We contacted you via e-mail & eBay store a few days ago to solve the issue you are having with our yerba mate product, but you did not respond. At the beginning of drinking yerba mate, you wont be at the level of detecting subtleties and nuanced notes. Not just yet. Maybe only a little. What does happen at this stage though is an appreciation of the bitterness and earthiness. Youll find the dirt, grass, and hay taste to be soothing and refreshing. The bitterness dies down a bit, and a gentle sweetness sweeps in. Again, its a strange thing. But as you drink, you can see for yourself how this is the case. With cigars, as you smoke more, you start to admire the natural flavours of the tobacco. Not so complex yet, but the taste itself becomes enjoyable, rather than repulsive. Some beginners may or may not love it after their first try. And some may never develop their palate. Youll have to find out yourself Ps. It came fast and the black flask is nice but I found the Yerba Mate itself absolutely bitter and disgusting so be warned that you may not like it when ordering and if it can serve a decorative purpose all the better.
