Terrible experience working with them. Prices are outrageous, their customer support/manager team takes absolutely forever to respond, they messed up multiple parts of my order. Would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. Asked for logo on our custom box - no logo was put on the box, the box itself was terrible quality, put basically no paper shreds in there to make it presentable took about 2+ months to get 50 units done upsells everywhere good luck trying to get anyone on the phone if there are two sides to every story please email me back and let me know what your side is & yes, happy to part ways after my units are sent out. hopefully money back too but doubt that.

To ensure we provide the best products possible our process requires all sizing, proof approval, and payment before we schedule projects with our production team. Unfortunately, we did not receive these items before our schedule filled up. It had nothing to do with your order size. We value all of our customers. Again, we are sorry you had a poor experience with us. I hope we will have the opportunity to work together in the future.

I contacted Elevate to get t-shirts for a conference. After explaining what I needed and being told that they would be able to accommodate my order I sent them the sizes I needed. I asked for a final estimate to finalize the order and at that point I received an email telling me that they had received some larger orders and were 'full' and would no longer be able to get my order to me in the timeframe I needed it. Essentially, they told me they could help me until a more lucrative order came along and then my order was bumped. They offered me a discount if I ever need something in the future - that doesn't do me any good now.
Elevate has been very helpful for us. I appreciated knowing the person I'm working with. If I ever have a questions about an order, I cane expect a response quickly. Thanks Elevate!

Originally started out great, working with Michelle then got passed to someone else. The orders then were consistently missing apparel, they were printed backwards once and then the actual product quality went down with miss matched colors, and most recently on the last 2 orders after 1 wash the logos were coming off. The only reason they deserve 2 stars is because of Michelle. Other than that the company really needs to improve on product quality, service and keeping track of orders. Extremely disappointed.
