Disappointed in the recent nickle & diming related to amenities and services at 755North "luxury" apartments on the Beltline. Guest parking is now at an added fee. Package delivery is now at an added fee. We pay almost $100 a month in added fees like valet trash, pool & clubhouse electricity, package delivery, guest parking, bike storage, etc. The leasing office is great, but corporate's decisions have ruined my longtime stay.

Maintenance comes into your room without leaving any type of notice about who was in your room, when they were in your room, or what they did. This makes me want to end my lease right now. I wish I could.

Do not consider moving here unless you are okay with the fire alarms going off more frequently then any other place Ive lived. Pet owners be warned. On average it is 1-2 times a month at all hours of the night.
