Quite possibly the worst customer service I have every received, not only from an employee, but the owner of the company. Be cautious, when Pete is in the wrong, he won't admit it, he'll only yell at you, demean you, and hang up on you. They don't care about their customers, only the next order. How he has built a company on this principle and vision blows my mind. Same Day Tees was contracted to complete a job for us. The garments were provided to them along with the Artwork that was supposed to be printed. Same Day Tees took the liberty to alter the artwork that was provided, sent a low resolution proof and printed the low resolution proof, not the artwork that was provided. This has resulted in shirts that we can't sell to our customer and will have to reprint ourselves because it wasn't done right the first time. Costing us, as a company about $500. But Pete is paid!

We were clients of theirs for years in both the Wholesale and Retail world. Unfortunately, there pricing kept on increasing while there quality kept on decreasing. Made us loose a client that we were working with for years as we always gave sameday the work. Pete and his staff got extremely nasty the last time and held our merchandise hostage until we paid them for a job where they damaged 80 percent of our merchandise. Whoever is thinking about using them, be forewarned that they are wolves in sheep clothing as eventually they will get you exactly how they got us.
Same Day Tees is my go to vendor for all my wearable printing and embroidery. Fantastic turnaround and the quality is always great. These folks go out of their way to take care of me. Love working with the team at Same Day Tees ! Rob Chicago Direct

Horrific Experience! Ordered same day service on April 21st. They sent the approval to wrong email and shirts did not arrive on time. Approved lost email and then they never put my job on the schedule until I called again days later. Shirts came in with obvious missing art printed on them (If a person was printing these they did not care to make it right). Re-ordered shirts at my expense and realized they did not ship in time. Called, and they DID NOT CARE. I cancelled my order and they DID NOT CARE. Said after the fact that they were not taking rush orders. Was never called a rush order before hand, it was ordered with their "same day service" and was being paid for. Here it is May 4th 1 day before my deadline and a long time customer that we have spent years printing for is going to be very upset. Thanks! Might Change your name to Tees Whenever instead of Same Day Tees
