Thank you for the review of your June 14th wedding. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the Bus and the wonderful images from your event. Looking through our email correspondence during February, April, and May it does appear that you received an email receipt as well as email confirmation of your full payment of $1495 the day it was received on February 24th. The Covid Release Form was sent in mid-May along with a breakdown of the many health and safety steps we were taking to help ensure a safe environment for all guests. With this being at the height of Covid-19 concerns we wanted to make sure all of our couples were aware of the steps we were taking and to provide them the opportunity to make further requests. We apologize if the timing of this was inconvenient. We, as most businesses in the wedding & service industry, were working to find ways to help our clients in a safe and responsible manner. Regarding our owner Chris behavior on your wedding day, he was in Opelika recuperating from a medical emergency and did not attend any events that weekend. We are very proud of our teams as they are our greatest asset and their professionalism and enthusiasm help make for incredible experiences. Bus was cute, photos were cute, but Chris who Im assuming is the owner (I wouldnt know, we didnt speak much) was super rude and unresponsive for MONTHS when I paid him over $2000. When someone sends you money, you confirm that you got it. It was TWO WEEKS until my wedding and I was freaking out thinking he just took my money and ghosted me. So we blew up his phone. He finally calls back and was super rude, tried to talk down to me, and then tried to get me to sign an additional contract per Covid. Lol, nope Then on my wedding day, MY FUCKING WEDDING DAY, as soon as he sees me he leaves. And left his assistants run the show. So yeah it was cute and we got some cool pictures and people liked the bus but Im overall very disappointed with the amount of stress this company caused me.

Our guests loved the bus and it was a great addition to our event! Chris and the team were very easy to work with and we got the photos very quickly. Definitely recommend!

We highly recommend Memories in Motion! They are very accommodating and think of every detail. The VW bus is adorable and draws everyone in. All ages loved it! We loved that our guests could take photos home with them and later they had access to a link for their pictures digitally. We will absolutely use them again!

This was such a cute addition to my wedding. The set up was beautiful, all my guest absolutely loved it and it was the perfect favor to give. It was the best way to create beautiful memories in addition to the night of my dreams!
