I purchased a used vehicle from here for 13k. When it broke down two weeks later I called and asked if they have a tow service or something to help me out and was told that it's a used vehicle. I was transferred to a voicemail where I left a message. My call was never returned.

Came in to have my transmission fluid changed 2014 civic. I left the fill plug lined up with another marking on the engine to double check they did their work it did not move even the slightest. After bringing it to the attention of Stephen Pelletier after countless times of being told it was done even though the plug was obviously not touched. I left and changed it myself. Even the big dogs cant be trusted dont let these guys do your fluid changes!!!!!!!!
