Unethical business practices. If you request a 'free trial package', you will be charged for it. And now they're 'collecting' even though I threw the whole thing away.

Wow these reviews are all over the place. My experience has been very good. I thought the $15.99 was fairly clear when I signed up. It's not super cheap, but it's cheaper (and easier to maintain) than a postage machine. And it doesn't take up any space, it lives in the cloud. We are a small law firm, and do a decent amount of mailing. I like that I can easily track items through the website, and I can categorize mailings as well. It remembers my contacts, and the plugin makes it super simple. Click the envelope on my menu bar, Stamps is launched, login and fill out the mailing info, print to my printer. Wham bam, thank you ma'am, done. Purchasing additional postage is the click of a button, since my card is on file. And the few times when I've had an issue (usually with printing) their customer service is off the charts. EVERY. TIME. Probably best customer service of any of the vendors with whom I work.

Very easy to use, convenient service, straight forward. Monthly fees are steep if you're an occasional user. EXCELLENT customer service if you have questions or issues. Highly recommend for business or frequent shippers.

The most difficult customer service to contact and get a resolution if your order is not received. I have been trying since February 28, 2020 to get a refund for stamps that were NOT received. As of July 19, 2020 I have not heard from or received the refund. They, whoever they are, are impossible.
