I contacted this place about hoarding cleanup. I was up front and honest about how we wanted to do one room at a time and how we would need an estimate first. Once I got to setting up an appointment they suddenly changed from professional to rude. I had explained that I have Auditory processing Disorder and therefore would need to communicate via text or email. They accomadated at first but once it was time to set up an appointment insisted that I needed to call. I tried once again to explain my disabilities and got no response. I waited 2 weeks and then sent an email trying to explain again. After 2 more weeks with no reply I am very disappointed. It's not only rude to suddenly changed your tune when finding out a disability it is illegal. It violates the ADA for accomodations to not be made Especially when they are easy to make and put no one else at risk. How hard is it to communicate via email or text. How unprofessional and discriminatory. What would you do if I was deaf? You need a serious rehaul and more training put in place for how to deal with disabilities. I do not recommend this service.

One of my neighbors used this service and these people damaged my property while servicing them. I called them and their supervisor Herbert came to talk to me. Without even showing basic courtesy of damaged property, the supervisor started behaving very rudely with me and was not very sensitive to the property that he and his employees damaged. The company and their employees do not have a good attitude and they definitely do not care how they execute their business. I did not even get my damaged goods reimbursed. Very disappointed!

Ms. Cabey, this is a clear manipulation of information, and you should reconsider this review. There are A LOT of things that you leave out, and we won't get into them. But really, shame on you.

Terrible service if IcouldI would give 0 stars. They didn't deep clean anything. I came in and saw the vacuum on but the lady was sitting down in my couch. Do not pay $1300 for a bad service. They didn't dust anything, and the floors had a white mark everywhere. I will never use them again.
