Extremely poor customer service, regularly order vitamin and mineral with them , order is never on time , ordered few units on 21st January didn't receive the order till 22nd January, called them they said they would call me back no reply again called them no apologies for delay and started making excuses eventually received this order today

I have ordered direct from Healthaid twice and my order has been delivered promptly to Dublin....even Brexit failed to cause a problem!! Excellent service.

Great products but very poor and highly unprofessional customer service. I ordered expensive products online that have gone missing for unknown reasons. Health Aid is not able to track their own parcels but charge you 15 pounds for international delivery! The lady from customer service blamed Swiss Post for it although the products have not even been shipped out of the UK yet! Still waiting for an appropriate investigation and clarifying outcomes. Not trustworthy at all! I cannot recomend to buy Health Aid products from their online shop.
