If you wanna do flips or dive into the foam pit (like the owner says in this page) you can't its against their rules, not sure why the owner would endorse you to break their own rules and most likely ask you to leave if you do so.

We have a separate area on our main court and a 2-Story Climbing House just for ages 6 & Under. In addition, our Rockin' Tots program is available every morning - a dedicated time for jumpers ages 6 & Under and their parents/caregivers to enjoy the whole park to themselves! The 6 and under area is just a portion of the main jump area blocked off. Its also out of view and inaccessible to parents watching.

Can you please call (336.546.6073) or email us ([email protected]) so we can address the concerns you had. As you can see from our other reviews we take great pride in our customer experience. We offer a Groupon as a way for families to enjoy our park and also save a little bit of money. We have very few restrictions on the Groupon - it can be used any time except during special events such as After Dark and Rockin' Tots, and those are listed on the Groupon site. Thank you.

If you're planning on attending this place I hope you know everything there is to know already. Don't expect to ever get anyone on the phone and don't ever expect anyone to call you back. And don't purchase a Groupon for this place without visiting them first and finding out what you're in for. Thankfully there was another trampoline park only a few miles away that were willing to save the day. We will not be back to this place and we will go to the other one from now on.
