Horrible customer service. Got a proof of the wedding invitation, the actual wedding invite we got we different colors. When we called to talk to them they told us it was not there fault and we would have to re pay for the invites. Owner Mark was rude and treated us like we were garbage. Will never go back or refer them to anyone.

This place was a joke. My wedding invitations came out completely off color and the owner took zero responsibility. I had to repay FULL price to reprint them. When I told the owner how disappointed I was with this customer service his last response to me was Planning a wedding must be REAL stressful for you, huh? What was stressful was having to hear this sarcastic remark from the OWNER to a *twice* paying customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention they obviously take no time or care into the other products they put out, as I was short 20 envelopes.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Mark was beyond helpful in helping me to get funeral programs printed at the last minute. They printed them beautifully, had the centerfold already created and were ready to go in less than 12 hours (3 business hours)! Prices were fantastic and the finished product looks better than I could have imagined! I highly recommend them!!

I called to ask a few questions about getting photos ready for printing. The lady who answered the phone wasn't really able to answer my questions, (pretty basic if you work in a print shop). She had to transfer me to someone else and it just ended up going to his voicemail....
