The picture you provided our stylist would have required your clip in extensions to be removed so that your hair could have been shampooed and cut, then put your extensions back in and blended to match. You would not allow us shampoo your hair OR even remove the clip ins to achieve your desired haircut/style, therefore the stylist couldnt perform the service. I asked her to blend in my extensions and she started to cut my hair then said she couldnt do it. So we had to stop. So bizarre because I told her what I wanted from the beginning. Edit: the picture I showed was just long hair with long layers. The point of the hair cut was to blend my hair with my extensions. I wasnt refusing to take them out, but the cut would be pointless if they werent cut with the extensions in. Also I had just washed my hair and communicated that with my stylist and she said it was fine to skip the wash. If she had preferred to still do it, she could have told me and I would have complied. We talked about the cut before I even sat down in the chair and the stylist was aware of my intentions for the haircut. I think she refused to finish the hair cut because I told her she was pulling my hair when she brushed it (and I was nice about it). Every other stylist Ive worked with holds the root of the hair while brushing with extensions. She was seriously pulling my hair out. It was obvious shes never worked with extensions before. Which doesnt make her a bad stylist, but she shouldnt take work shes not ready for. It was unprofessional to commit to the cut with knowledge of what I wanted, cut my hair, then half way through figure out she wasnt trained enough to do it. I just dont appreciate the owners response here because she clearly doesnt have a grasp on how the cut actually went and it seems like shes alluding that I was uncooperative. Thats just not the case. Ive never had a problem with a stylist who knew extensions. Im polite and I even paid the stylist for her time (since she cut my bangs a little). This just comes down to a professional taking work she wasnt ready for and not being polite about it when she couldnt handle it.

Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe my experience. Carly made me look like a dyke. I'm NOT HAPPY about it. Don't waste your money like I did. I'll drive an hour and a half to go to the place in Kentucky I used to get my hair cut at before I moved here before I go to this place again.

This is a before and after visiting Harlow Salon! A picture is worth a thousand words right?! I will say this, after the first visit I wouldnt have considered going anywhere else after! The staff is so friendly and they always make me feel comfortable and confident ! Love, Love Shana and everyone here and would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Literally the only salon I will go to from Chicago to Nashville. Shana and her team are phenomenal. I have gotten my hair done (balayage and trim), brows microbladed, eyelash extensions and nails done here. Every single person here is amazingly talented and top in their field. I have sent numerous people here who now swear by Harlow and will not go anywhere else.

My daughter's wedding they did beautiful makeup and beautiful hair on her. But the mother of the bride and two other people.not so. I was not impressed . It was a nightmare I have to redone my makeup and hair .
