I'm sorry to hear about the problem with the customer provided goods you brought to us for decoration. When we run into problems we always try and make things right, so I'm also sorry that you haven't given me a chance to address this directly with you before making it public We have a clear company policy for exactly this issue, which I believe was verbalized to you prior to your order, and I believe is a very equitable solution. I hope you liked the rest of the hats that did get done without problems, and we're certainly still willing to find a fix for that last one if you'd like to give us a chance to try and change your perception of our company.

Brought in a hat to be embroidered as a gift. They ripped the front of the brim in the process. Did not charge for the embroidery but ruined the hat as a gift.

The final product that I done with them was of decent quality but the service was very unprofessional and appalling. The owners. themselves, lectured me extensively on what they thought I should do for my own personal design and art saying I did not know what I was talking about, I have had custom shirts made for my baseball team from others for the past four years. If I had any questions they would get very angry and then tell me that I was not listening to them and should pay more attention. I have never been treated this way from someone I was paying to provide me a service. I will never use them again. Just as soon use marker on my next uniforms than get my shirts screen printed with them.
