I placed an order on 2nd June i understand order getting delayed due to COVID but I got a message on 10 saying Its ready to ship but nothing has happened at all no Tracking number no update. I regret doing Fathers Day order with them.
Im sorry you feel this way but its certainly not the case. Our goal is to always form long standing relationships with our clients. We are happy to answer any questions that come up during the process and for the most part those answers are pretty standard and easy to tackle. I spoke with you personally multiple times in getting the online store kicked off for your order and I can assure you that you did not annoy me. Im sorry if I made you feel that way. Based on your review though it seems there was some disconnect. We set up an online store for your group based on the original requests and having you answer some preliminary questions. It was only after the store was set up that we had a few inquiries from members of East Creek start making requests for special color choices on the apparel. I personally spoke to at least one of them and tried to explain that it was not an option for the online store as it was set up and that all of the embroidery was going to be white on the apparel. Im not sure what they would have been expecting to receive as there was no available space during the online ordering process to even make the selection for a custom color for the order which is why Im surprised that it has turned into an issue. To my knowledge, only one person who picked up their order seemed surprised that it was not decorated with white thread as the website depicted. We never received any sort of communication that there was an issue or an attempt to request a fix on any of the items that were supposedly incorrect until this review was left. It may seem like a simple request, but there were steps we would have had to set up specifically for users to make selections for thread colors, swatches, etc before checking out and purchasing their apparel. We even sent the link for the store to be reviewed and make changes before rolling it out to the group. While it may have been discussed with some of the members of the East Creek group that they would have that option, those arrangements were never made prior to launching the store. There was one member who we spoke with who wanted something outside of what was offered on the site so they could choose their own thread colors for their logo embroidery. We were happy to accommodate the request for the additional items they wanted to bring in themselves and they sat with our team and picked out the different threads for each of the jackets which we fulfilled separately from the online order. Even though the order fell below our minimum order requirement and was placed after the online store had expired, we made the exception to fulfill the order for the member of your group. Terrible experience! After placing a large online order and being told that embroidery for the jackets could be done in any color the individual wanted, they made the entire order white. Would not refund or make it right. Multiple people are disappointed with their order. Will not use again. They were super nice and easy to work with in the beginning and Zak became annoyed with us placings orders, adding on or just asking questions. Just wanted our business in the beginning and clearly didnt want us to be continuing customers.

I recently placed my second shirt order with FAMS Printing. When I requested a quote for a shirt order, Zack got back to me within a couple of hours with a price and a proof with artwork. Once I placed our order of 42 shirts, they were ready within a week and a half. Im very pleased with the customer service, as well as the quality of our shirts. I emailed a lot of questions throughout the process and they were all answered promptly. We will continue to use FAMS Printing in the future!
I called a week ahead of time about embroidery on my daughter's varsity jacket, was told to "bring it in, no problem". Ok, cool!! I take my daughter, who was super excited to get her jacket done, only to be told that they only embroider on "ROMEO" jackets. I only wanted 2 varsity sports, her name and year of graduation, normal stuff, nothing out of the ordinary. So very disappointed in this store and the owners. I live in the area, sorry my kid does not go to the school of ""their"" choice, now I need to find a embroidery place not in my proximity, I will travel elsewhere, I'm sure my business will be appricated somewhere else!!!
