American Title apparently uses Coast 2 Coast for their notary public on loan signing documents. I was told my first notary would be at my house at 630pm on Saturday night and she never arrived. I called her and she said she told Coast 2 Coast that she couldnt make that time but nobody told me. Then I was told that somebody would come out the very next day (Sunday) and when I called this new notary she said she would need to look at the paperwork and call me back. I texted her later in the day and she never called back. Then at 3pm she just shows up at my house and I wasnt home. I had to rush back to get all the papers sign. I never leave negative reviews but their communication is just horrible- avoid them at all costs !!
I will admit that I am fairly new to loan signing but i have had several signings under my belt before I accepted one of theirs. I gave them several phone calls in the middle of a signing because I had a question about a document. No answer what so ever. I just had the borrowers sign documents to the best of my knowledge. Sending docs as they are, if they need to be corrected I would be more than glad to fix the mistakes. This is the first signing company that I have had issues reaching. I even wrote to them to call me ASAP. They called me from a number they didnt provide so I didnt answer. They left a voicemail but nothing related to the message I sent them. They just wanted to know if the signing was done. I called back and surprise! No answer. This will be the first and last time I accept a signing from this company. Should have read reviews before too. Learned my lesson.
Great company! As a mobile Loan signing agent/notary I have done several successful signings with them. Easy to work and they pay like clockwork. They even offer FREE live training seminars as well as youtube training videos. Again free!.... Honestly I've paid several hundred dollars in tuition costs to other training companies that offer the same material.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. will admit that I am fairly new to loan signing but i have had several signings under my belt before I accepted one of theirs. I gave them several phone calls in the middle of a signing because I had a question about a document. No answer what so ever. I just had the borrowers sign documents to the best of my knowledge.
