One of the most incompetent facilities I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They were able to get my glasses to fit properly but if I didn't know better the staff has never provided contacts to anyone or for that matter scheduled an appointment. On top of that the lady they have helping you try on contacts is one of the angriest looking people I've seen. She made me feel uncomfortable and rushed each time I was there and I was there ALOT trying to get simple contacts. I will be moving my family and persuading my friends to go somewhere else due to my experience. I do not recommend.

I have never experienced such a bad pair of glasses. The lense falls out (picked them up less than a week ago). When I picked them up, I showed the lady how loose the lenses were, and she attempted to convince me it was the nose pads shaking normally. As far as the part that the insurance paid for, i'll let them know what's up, and they can do as they wish. But the extras I paid for, just under 300 dollars, well, I will just take it as a lose. Ripped off, as in no better than being stolen from. Anyone reading this, do not waste your money. And Family Vision, do not waste your apologies. The laws of reaping and sowing will handle the matter. >UPDATE< As it turns out, the glasses I have from Family Vision aren't mine. It has been determined by an exam/ measurement from a different Optometrist. Absolutely incredible. How on earth does such a business stay in business ? I have had to pay completely out of pocket to get a properly fitted pair of glasses. Thanks Family Vision.
Dr. Morris is a great doctor. I just moved to the area and had recently seen another optometrist. Dr. Morris' exam was a lot more thorough. He's got me seeing better than I have in years. Look forward to being a patient of the practice.
I ordered glasses from somewhere else, and they were mailed to me, but the staff here fit them to my face for me. They are welcoming and did a wonderful job.
