I feel the same as the previous review. This is a monopoly, not a professionally ran company, more like a mom-poo shop, prices are going up randomly. I wished I had the option to opt out!! Water should NOT be that expensive! Sedona already has a scam with outrageous prices for sewer! A mismanaged city!!!

There are notices posted on their website from last quarter 2019 and 1st quarter 2020 disclosing that the arsenic levels in this water exceed the limits for safe drinking water. We need to expedite the process of updated treatment facility or file a lawsuit. Drinking arsenic causes skin problems, issues with circulation and CAUSES CANCER

This water is one of the reasons I live in Sedona! Taking a bath in chlorine free water is amazing. Do some serious research on arsenic before you freak out. Im so grateful for a healthy water source for my kids and I. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Joyful interactions are the norm and its so fun watching one of the water team cruise on his bike in the neighborhood taking care of problems.
