Can't reach anyone for service. Chat is never online. Telephone support is in India and when you ask them to speak slower so you can understand them, they hang up the phone.

TERRIBLE, AWFUL, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They messed up our billing and we have been trying to get them to fix it for over a year now! They never give us clear answers and it takes them weeks to reply or we just receive NO RESPONSE. Finally decided recently to have them just come pick up the machines. Please DO NOT work with them!! Definitely NOT worth the trouble and the headache.
