Tim, Nick is definitely a great person to work with. We did not get the opportunity to meet with you and see Great Sky Ranch which is in Kerrville, TX just off Bandera Hwy. Reviewing the records, you were sent the directions on where to meet on Grand Opening Day, which was directly across the street from the property's entrance. Looking back through the property closings, 82 ranches were contracted on that day. Some of our clients appraisals came in at more than 100K above their purchase price. We are sorry that you missed us on that one, maybe we can help you on a different one in the future. We feel confident that if you made a visit, you probably would be a proud ranch owner with a 5 star feeling!

BEWARE!!!!!. This is not a regular/honest real estate company. They have a 80+ development for sale in Kerrville, TX. They refuse to provide listing information, pricing or maps. They do however hustle you into a remote place with an appointment. It feels like a slimly timeshare scam. What are they hiding? Why are they not transparent? Why the smoke and mirrors? Even though we live very close to Kerrville, we didn't even go as this felt all wrong. If they can't be honest with you at this point when they want your money, just imagine what will happen once they have your money. To be fair, our salesman Nick, was nice, pleasant and courteous. But, do not buy from them until they become transparent and honest.

We were thinking about buying some land as an investment. Premier Land had a showing over several lots in the Hill Country near lake Medina. We found a great property with a gorgeous view. We may build later, but even if we dont itll be great as an investment later. The guys we dealt with were very professional and friendly. Overall great experience.

I bought a lot at Peninsula Point in December of 2020, during Phase 2. Its now August of 2021 and the park is not completed and will likely be several months before it is finished. The people who purchased in Phase 1 (March of 2020) are approximately 7 months shy of 2 years waiting on the RV park to be completed. At the rate the construction is being completed, it will take that half a year plus. The lots go weeks without work and none of the promised commitments have been met. Truly disappointing for what could be an amazing place.
