Depends on who you get when you need customer service from them, usually I have to call about the same problem few times before it's taken care off. The app is not good at all and not many people can help you with it.
The equipment was hard to install and you cant get through to customer service. So I cancelled it but they still will charge you. Have to pay again to mail it.

I would agree with the comments here that there is something wrong with their service. Signed up for an upgrade because we switched our LAN line. Almost one month later and still have not heard back from them on install date despite multiple efforts to reach out. All I get is an installer will call you soon. Soon must mean in the next year? Go elsewhere if you can.
