The product is good, but so are so many other online validation tools. My problem is that these folks are trying to reside in some sort of moral high ground by saying you can't validate emails that have not been occumulated through an opt in service. And, if they deem what you are doing to be trying to validate emails obtained from sources other than an opt in service, they will lock your account and you will lose the credits you paid for. My message to them is if you are going to try to take this high road, then question every one of the email validation requests you get before you process them and let's see how long your business survives. I have used many other online validation tools like I am currently using zerobounce.net and they give me NO grief about the lists I validate through them. Who in the world will only want to validate an opt in list? This is exactly what a validation tool is for, to test an email list before you send to it. You guys aren't going to last. I've been in the IT world for 30 years and have seen sooooooo many companies get big pants with early success to only fail based off of poor business practices. You will be no diffetent Let's see where this company is in 5 years.
