I found the staff to be very helpful in showing me the appliances and giving a demonstration before I left the shop. The stock is mostly returns to Currys so there may be scratches or dents. The staff point out every scratch so you can make your choice depending on what is important to you. I bought a cooker with a tiny scuff at 150 less than full price so well worth visiting before you buy elsewhere. Dont expect the plush high street shop layout, but youll get a bargain if this doesnt bother you.

Hi Colin, We are very sorry you had a bad experience at our store. As with all of our stock, they are classed as graded/ ex-display stock. Therefore some integrated appliances may have missing kits and minor cosmetic marks (scratches &/or dents) will 100% be found with ALL of our products. As a store policy we DO NOT sell used or Refurbished stock. We have tried our best to keep them secure and have stacked them properly on shelving units. But with this review we will try to place a better stacking system. Really disappointed with visit, dishwasher had clearly been significantly damaged and badly repaired, missing screws etc. Hardly "new with easily ignorable damage". Appalling communications, didnt reply to Ebay offer, didnt reply to email from Ebay, calls to their mobile or landline. All appliances badly stacked and being damaged whilst displayed. Dont use if you want good service or a quality product. Would have given zero stars if I could have. Complete waste of time
