Hey there. This is Raul. Im so sorry you had a bad experience with understanding how things work with me. I am a one-man show I dont have a receptionist and I tried to be thorough on the texts how to get here and what forms to pay as I am with all my clients and I only sent that one time. And when you started sending me a barrage of texts I responded that I didnt have time to go back-and-forth with text because Im with clients and if you have questions we can answer them when you get here.you ignored that text and continued to send more texts. Im sorry if I was short after your 8th text.Clearly Im not the stylist for you. I hope you find what youre looking for and I wish you all the best.

Scheduled an appointment and I get numerous texts on how to enter the building and what I need to have with me. All is fine, I am told that only form of payment is Apple Pay and Venmo. But only through Apple Pay text feature. After doing research? I see that I can not use that feature cause I have the credit card. Trying to mutually cancel it and this is where the worse customer service of my life begins. This dude tells me that he doesnt have time to text me back and forth even though I mentioned that its ok to cancel it. I just wanted to make sure I wont get charged as a NO SHOW on my credit card and this as***** tells me he cant respond and I can go in during my appointment. I had to waste my day, go in person to make sure I dont get charged while he could have just responded to the customer saying reservation is canceled and dont worry, you wont be charged. Has couple of 5 stars and thinks he is the best stylist in the word and talks down to new customers!!!! Avoid if you want to feel welcome at a neighborhood business.

Great haircut and styling! I have really fine hair and it can be hard to style, so usually it's hit or miss with new stylists. Raul was great and I would definitely recommend

Always a perfect fade, and I dont trust anyone else with my beard. Ive had some butcher jobs in the past but Raul is sure to make me look sharp every time. Also his signature beard oil is an absolute staple for any beard I could not recommend it more. Awesome conditioner, all natural oils and the scent is masculine but not at all overpowering. Overall top quality barber and products at a very reasonable price.

Wonderful first experience after a year and a half self managing during this pandemic. I brought him a long haired mess to fix. His studio is very clean, organized and easy to get to in the Mission. Very friendly, open and accommodating. He was reassuring and fixed my uneven 1 year clipper job right up! Thank you Raul for helping me feel like things are actually starting to get back to "normal" after this crazy year! Highly recommended!
