I just have to say the receptionist is quite rude. Im not sure about the business but its important to have someone who is friendly and polite since that would be some customers first impression. I get a hello and when I asked a question I got a no followed by silence then when I was finished and said ok well thank u I just get hung up on. Im giving 3 stars because I dont want to throw off the overall stats and maybe she was having a bad day but instantly made me not want to go there for my business.

Litho has become our go-to printer. They are very responsive and willing to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. Dale Heid takes being a family-owned business very seriously. We recently had a yard sign made for our child's birthday and were extremely pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend Litho Printing.

You seem to get better help from the website then a phone call. The guy I talk to sounded like he was making information up as he went along. I cant rate their work this is a customer service rating. There website is super pixelated and makes me thing its old or skinned with false information which is why I called but that didnt get me any solid information. Maybe everyone is just itching to go to the store. So go to the store. Maybe the service is better in store. But if I were you Id prepare for lack luster customer service. Good luck.
