Beverly was the best realtor we have ever worked with. Finding the right person whom you can trust to look out for your best interest in selling your home is never easy. With Beverly Finchman you can not go wrong. Beverly was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process making it so much less stressful for us. She provided an honest price assessment , ideas on how to get more value , and helped us achieve optimum price for our home in a neighborhood that had many homes for sale. In fact, our house sold within 10 days while another house, across the street with another real estate agent, still hasn't sold three months later. Finally, we felt as if Beverly really was trying to get the most for us, and not what was easiest for her in selling the home. If we sell a house again, it is her who we would want selling it.

Great experience with the beverly. buying of home got a bit stressful, but with their knowledge everything worked out really good shes always there every time you want to see a house . I found Beverly while looking for a real estate agent in the area my retired mom was trying to sell a condo. First stop - reviews - because they usually give you a good read on the person / business / product. We're both military brats, so that was a nice plus. What you need to know is this - the positive reviews are spot on in regards to Beverly. Her drive, energy, compassion, professionalism, and grasp of what a seller (or buyer) needs - regardless of the properties price - will make you glad you gave her the shot at your property transaction. Working with Beverly was the easiest real estate transaction I've EVER been involved with and you can believe my expectations / demands were high because I was protecting my mom's interests. She is hands down the best! Oh, and she's got a great sense of humor and is FUN to work with!
