A freind who has been a member since years. has had his private conversation that hes had at the gym disused on social media whats app group. This is breaching condut of data rules.. this gave the person anxiety and a decision to quit the gym.

I was always that overly anxious person about going to the gym. I had been known to have panic attacks about going and being judged. I have never once felt like that in Ripped Gym, Basildon. The atmosphere is always on point and everyone is also so helpful. I always look forward to going as I know seeing how hard everyone else is working makes you want to push yourself too. I have been self conscious of being that fat girl around alot of muscly men and women but I have always felt comfortable in ripped and not judged in the slightest.
