I know Rogue makes some awesome products and the customer service representatives were really nice. The issue I have is with shipping. I placed 2 different orders only 8 hrs apart. It was for bumpers and a rig. If I would have ordered the items as one order instead of two, I would have been able to save over $130. They refused to do anything about shipping or to try and cancel my orders and create a new order to save me the shipping. Awesome company and equipment poor standards when it comes to shipping and orders especially during COVID times.

The store is beautiful, but most of all, the sales people are so helpful. I needed help getting singlets and they were so kind and great throughout the whole process

Staff was friendly and walked us around showing different equipment options. They seemed knowledge and understood our needs. Their display room was extensive and allowed for testing many options of all kinds of equipment.
