I went to the folks at Alchemist for some tee-shirts. I made arrangements with the owner to have some shirts done, I forwarded the design to them, and followed up with the art files. We agreed to the amount and the colors and we were all set. I called a short time later, to see if I would be getting a proof and they told me we didnt need one that we were going off the design I sent. I got a call the shirts were done and I went to pick them up and part of the design was missing. (A crucial part). I contacted the folks at Alchemist to get the problem corrected and didnt receive a callback. I made multiple attempts to get in touch with them, to get the shirts corrected and they didnt respond. I tried to work with them and made several attempts, I advised them that I would be filling out a review. They finally called and I gave them some options and they again didnt respond. The said to add the missing part would be difficult and couldnt guaranty it would be straight. I also offered they could just give me half my money back and they didnt respond. The customer service was poor, and communication even worse. I would not recommend this company.

Sent out for quotes for T-Shirts for a corporate fundraising event, which I received. But any other attempt afterwords, via both email and phone -- when my company wanted to order through them -- were met with complete silence. The customer service was very very poor and disappointing. This is not how you get business and keep customers. We will not be using Alchemist in the future. EDIT: They informed me they were closed. One day was a holiday, which was 100% expected and understandable; the other day was an extra, which was not indicated anywhere on their website. There was no automatic reply email set up to inform me that they would be closed and that they would respond as soon as they could. They didn't even answer the phone the day they were back in office, and the day after that is when they finally emailed me back and said they were closed and were working on backlog of projects. Even on that day they were working on their backlog, they could have taken two minutes tops to email me and tell me they were too busy. There are steps that could have been taken in order to avoid a negative experience.

We ordered can coozies for wedding favors. The pricing was great and the quality even better than expected. The owner is very professional and we will utilize again in the future I'm sure.

Alchemist printing is more than I could imagine! I just had some tote bags printed for my small business. I seriously could not have imagined anything better. The quality is amazing and the price is so right! I worked directly with tony. He was incredible to work with and helped directed me where I wanted to go. I went to pick up my tote bags at there shop and I got an awesome tour of their production! I seriously can't wait to have more stuff printed! Thanks guys:)
