Listen.. I LOVE the work they do, but the communication is the worse. And its sad. I placed a standard small order of shirts november 22 and Basically had to remind them to print them. When they finally started production, I was emailed DECEMBER 14th to tell me they messed up the printing on the order and offered a discount. OK fine...They said We only have to print 4 more. I agreed and told me Friday they would ship out the 17th. I reiterated that this was for a business. They guaranteed arrival before Christmas. I followed up because the business reached out to me for ETA, Culture STILL have not sent out the order and said the shirts are still in Production... 4 shirts in production for a week keep in mind today is 12/21. These shirts have a 4 inch logo in the front and was supposed to have a small logo on the back in which they messed up. On top of all that... THEY WERE GOING TO SEND IT TO ME WHEN I CLEARLY HAVE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS LABELED TO FLORIDA!!! Oh thats the tip of the ice burg. I ordered hoodies and these were delayed and once I picked them up.... THEY WERE PRINTED WRONG even after correcting them on the correct print type. I know what the initial excuse would be... but chew on tis.... I used this company in the HEART of the pandemic and communication/production was not even this lackluster. I have more horror stories and I it actually saddens me.

This is a very creative and professional group. I had an order that needed to be shipped to an event out of state. It showed up correct and on time. They were very flexible when it came to design and material options. I Would recommend them to anyone or any company.
