I have been requesting information from a representative that has been working with our national account. The quality of uniforms were poor and then when I requested for pricing on other uniforms that would better fit our team she refused to do her job and give me the pricing. I will find a local provider who is willing to provide exceptional service! I prefer that my team not look like a mechanic or an inmate! You should really work on your national accounts to ensure your customers have quality service!

Literally the rudest people I've ever spoken to. I said good morning and they literally didn't say it back. Then I asked about golf bags to embroider names on them and they cut me off instantly to get to another person who happened to tell me i didn't know what I was talking about. I mean how a place like this is in business is beyond me. I own a large company and was about to spend quite a bit of money with this company and its not ok to treat people this way. EVER

We are a small club of golfers whom enlisted the help of Thread Mill Industries to embroider some golf hats with our clubs logo for an upcoming outing. Mark and his team did an outstanding job completing the work way before the deadline given by us; the quality of work was superb!!! After a few times going back and forward and not due to them but our numerous requests in changes to our design Mark was able to do everything we requested and they look perfect! I highly recommend Thread Mill Industries Inc for their professionalism, patience and quality of work.
