Verrrrrrrry poor customer service I purchased some rubber boots that had a 90 day warranty about 70 days I had a hole in my boot so I went to exchange them and the guy behind the counter pulled me in the back and was accusing me of trying to exchange someone else's boots and treated me and my wife like thieves.... never will I buy from them again and will continue passing on the word. You can get better price and services online

I bought a pair of mining pants while still in mining class, wore them to my class and showed my wife then put them back onto the bag until the mines hired me, wasn't hired. Took them back for a refund. The man behind the counter said he wouldn't let me return them b/c they had been washed. NEVER have been in the wash. I was raised in a small town and have NEVER been treated like this. Drove 70 miles from Orem to return them and 70 miles back. I am NOT HAPPY
