Mackenzie thanks for the feedback. Jen took your order and wrote down that you wanted your "name on the sleeve," 99 times out of 100 that means on the shoulder. I asked you specifically what we could do to make this right. You said it was ok. I could tell you were not excited so I did not charge you for the digitization,embroidery or anything associated with the effort. We will gladly buy you a new sweatshirt to ease your disappointment. We did not bleach your sweatshirt. We take great pride in making our customers happy as every other review states, this is not any different with you. I brought an expensive sweatshirt to be embroidered there for a Christmas gift. I had asked for my name on the cuff of the sleeve (where the wrist is). When I go to pick it up the name was near the shoulder and not what I wanted. They gave it to me for free but said theres nothing they can do about it except embroider more on it. Now I either have to get a new sweatshirt to embroider (which is expensive) or remove it and have holes in it. Upon further looking I saw theres a bleached stain on the sweatshirt as well that wasnt there before. None of the workers were wearing masks inside while talking to me. No one in the printing area was wearing one either. The embroidery was of quality dont get me wrong, but it just seemed unprofessional to not to have specific order forms or anything. My order was written on a bit of scratch paper. If you go there make sure youre extremely specific and repeat what you want.

Great company! Beautiful work, great prices and quick turn around time. I have ordered embroidered shirts for my husband, coffee cups, a 4 x 6 banner for a party, magnetic name tags and tee shirts. Its amazing how many things this company can do. If youre not sure how you want something to look, Jen is very creative and has great ideas. I live in Arizona, shipping is very reasonable too! You cant go wrong with this company!
