The in-store staff is amazing and easy to work with, however, the online ordering process and employee were horrible. After placing a large order we wanted to add one more item but it took weeks for them to get it ordered. The store did it immediately. I will definitely not deal with them online for the next few bulk orders we are placing. Wish I could give the store staff a 5 star and the online a 1 star (that is why I gave 3 stars).

I had a need for a custom t-shirt on a short timeframe. Matt helped me get the shirt designed quickly, and it was printed in about a half hour. Great experience and the customer service couldnt have been better.
