Probably I worst experience I have had.. brought our jeep in with battery issues and $3,500 dollars later we have the same issues along with a few new ones. I would stay away from this place.

An absolutely broken sales process! I started with the online chat, after giving them all the buy signs like my lease is up in two weeks, I have a 750 credit score, I have X amount of money to put down, I dont need to test drive I already own a ram, I am ready to buy now. I spoke to a sales man who is chomping on a sandwich in the lunch room and he told me no way he could get me the numbers that I wanted, then he admitted he didnt even look at the online chat file. Then somebody called me back on Friday and said they would get me numbers a week past after I sent to two emails and left messages for the GSM... nothing. Then customer service called back just to make sure somebody contacted me and I said still nobody has contacted me I gave him a stock number of the vehicle and I still havent heard anything. The funny thing is I tried the exact same thing three years ago, I try to keep my money local, and I had to drive out west to one of those mega dealerships three years ago. As a sales professional they should be embarrassed.

I went to this dealership looking for a particular make and model. To my surprise this dealership had the exact car i was looking for. The service i received was phenomenal! I am so impressed with my experience! Ivan and chris where so helpful and went above and beyond. Ive owned over 60 cars and understand that buying a car can be tedious and stressful. This was the most pleasant experience ive ever had buying a car. I will be returning as a customer again for my next car and so on. Please consider this amazing dealership for your next car purchase, they really do above and beyond any expectations you might have!

First off, I have to start by saying WOW! A++++ customer service from Dean Lelchuk! He offered us such an amazing experience! Buying a car is an uncomfortable and unavoidable experience we all have to go through in our lives. My husband and I were car shopping and although we dislike the hunt, it had to be done. We went to about 3 different dealerships and we were striking out left and right. On the last day before giving up, we found a truck that lured us in to visit Dean at Joe Accardi. From the beginning, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Dean introduced himself as the salesman who would be assisting us to see the truck. He was very sweet and gave us ample time to prep our coffee, for what we knew would be a LONG day (thank you Dean!). Needless to say, we saw the truck and fell in love. Unfortunately, it was not in our price range. Dean was extremely willing to show us other options. He very patiently spent about 2 hours with us at this point. We were going back and forth on which truck would be the best option for us and for our finances. I have to say, there was NO PRESSURE from Dean. We were given the time we needed to make the best choice for us, that we would not regret later (also, he gave us some snacks which is a huge bonus because we were starving). At the end of the day, Dean wanted to make sure we were happy and that we chose what was fitting for our needs. We will absolutely go back to Dean in a heart beat when we need to purchase a new car. We know he is someone We can recommend to everyone, and we know they will be in good hands. Im so glad I am able to share this wonderful experience for such a daunting and scary task of purchasing a vehicle. Also, Ricardo on the financing side of it was extremely helpful with sharing our options. He really assists you as if he was assisting a friend. He was very nice and made the experience painless. Thank you all so much for your commitment to amazing customer service. I hope it does not go unnoticed!

The dealership is under new management and he has his work cut out for him. Buying a car here is the standard process. Expect car sales tactics, long waits and to be passed from person to person. I got a good deal though and the GM stood by his word and helped me when I came back with a few issues after delivery. On the service side... good grief... Id rather have teeth pulled then try to deal with these people. My service advisor is rude and makes me feel like hes got better things to do. On more than 4 occasions Ive had to bring vehicles back to this dealership to have the original problem fixed. Its a nightmare. I look forward to my car coming off warranty so I can go somewhere else for service.
