I directly asked about the taxes since I was coming from out of state I was lied to my face about everything was a done deal once I left with truck.. 2 weeks later I received a call saying that they needed the money on taxes. Told them it was suppose be taken care of and the Tim the general manager threating me about I won't recieved my plate till its paid and won't send me proof of where the money is going when I asked.. Beware of them not figuring out the taxes after you asked and they say everything taken care of

I already had a crack in my windshield which happened on my way to work the day you guys came and got my car for the oil change, however when I got my car back I had a LARGE starburst from what I can only guess was a rock. I did not call the dealership because I have to replace my windshield anyway due to the crack from that morning but I would like to have been informed of the rock hitting it and not have had to find it when I got into my car. I wasn't impressed with the car wash I paid for either, That was an expensive car wash for something that appears to have went through a drive through wash. I won't be paying you guys to wash my car again either.

The staff and the owner made the time fly by. My husband and I looked at some of their trucks and they answered our questions and talked and joked and we enjoyed the experience.

It was my first time there, service was really great, however what really impressed me was the two gentlemen in the waiting area with me seemed to know all of the employees that walked by and were addressed by every one of them.

After damaging my new truck by putting the wrong product in. They wanted me to pay for half of the repairs for their mistake. They never got my hitch in, said they couldn't do it (on a new truck they didn't know how). Finally after some back and forth they decided to pay for the repairs on my truck.
